ChMK will ship 23.5 thousand tons of rail products for the reconstruction of existing tracks, as well as for the construction of new tracks. The first deliveries are planned in May 2019.
ChMK produces rails up to 100 meters long, including for highways with a speed of up to 250 km /h. The production uses a technology that is unique for Russia - hardening of rails in an organic polymer. The products are distinguished by high performance properties: strength and wear resistance. ChMK has been producing rails since 2014. During this period, the plant shipped about 1 million tons of rail products.
