pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has started the transformation processes rough-cut planning cloud-based SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), deployed in the Russian data center. The new solution will allow the company to automate the processes of creation and negotiation of sales plans, production, purchasing and transportation on the horizon to 18 months. The project will be implemented by experts SAP Digital Business Services.

In the course of the project, you automate the creation of forecasts of sales by month by groups of products and markets, and planning for the entire supply chain of the holding based on the data for reserves and supply of raw materials, production capacity and in-plant logistics.
