BMK employees are leaders of the city track and field relay

The teams of the Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant (BMK JSC, part of the Mechel Group) became the winners of the 67th track and field relay for the prizes of the newspaper Beloretsk Rabochy. Universities. 21 teams from city enterprises and organizations fought for the title of the strongest. This year BMK was represented by two national teams: men's and women's. The alloy wire workshop also presented its team. Athletes had to run 8 stages.

A sharp struggle unfolded between the men's team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and sportsmen-metallurgists. Each athlete did his best at the stages, tried not to concede to an opponent and come to the finish line first. As a result, the BMK men's team became the leader of the relay. The athletes of the plant also did everything possible to maintain last year's leadership. At the end of the competition, they won first place. The winning teams were awarded challenge cups, diplomas and certificates, as well as prizes from the newspaper "Beloretskiy Rabochy".
