JSC "UK "Kuzbassrazrezugol" (enterprise resource complex UMMC) machinists excavators of large capacity for the first time competed for the title of "Best in profession" in the domestic excavator EKG-35. It is the most powerful in the history of Russian heavy machinery excavator.
EKG-35 no. 1 (production of JSC "Uralmashzavod") began to design "Uralmashzavod" in 2012 by the order and the technical requirements of the criminal code "KRU" in 2017, a machine was installed at the site, and in December 2018 was put into commercial operation.
"Competition of professional skill on ECG-35 can be called a historic event not only for coal but also for Russia, because this excavator is still the only country in the world" - says the Chairman of jury, head of production Department of JSC "MC "KRU" Yuri Guk.
For the title of "Best in profession" ECG-35 competed eight drivers of excavators – representatives Ketovskogo, bachatskiy, krasnobrodskogo and Taldinskaya branches of the company where I work foreign and Russian machine with a bucket capacity of over 30 cubic meters. The contest was held according to the traditional scheme: theoretical part and practice to load two 220-ton BelAZ on quality and speed. The winner was Oleg Yudin (the krasnobrodsky coal cut), second place went to Evgeny Kaminsky (kedrovskiy coal mine) and the third result showed Mr Martin (bachatskiy coal mine).

Among the principal technical decisions of the new ECG-35 – increase the rigidity of the chassis trolley, reinforcement of structural steel buildings in boom and stick, reinforced car body and trucks. In General, all the improvements will make the ECG 35 is more reliable, ergonomic and perfect.

For the title of "Best in profession" in this year also compete machinists hydraulic and electrical (ECG 18 ECG-12) excavators, drivers 130 - and 220-ton BelAZ, the electrician, operators of bulldozers, the operators of the coal and the preparation plant operators, electricians mountain station and the mountain master. In total, the production of the Olympic games-2020 at the industrial sites of all branches of the criminal code "KRU" will meet representatives of 11 major mining professions.
