PAT "Gaisky GOK" (enterprise resource complex of UMMC) has successfully passed the first phase of the audit of three management systems. During a pandemic the company together with the certification Association "Russian Register" has taken the decision to conduct external audit in two formats - remote and face to face. In accordance with the contract quality management system and environmental management system pass inspection, and the system of management of professional safety and labor protection down to the certification audit.
"you created a virtual office where the auditor conducted interviews with participants verification, – says head of Department of management system certification and Metrology of the JSC "Gaisky GOK" Antonida Remizov. – Heads of departments of the office of works responded to questions regarding fundamental requirements in the field of quality, environment, industrial safety and labour protection, and, if necessary, demonstrated to the auditor the evidence (records) on the desktop personal computer. Special attention was paid to the transition of the system of management of professional safety and labor protection on the new requirements of ISO 45001:2018 instead of the OHSAS 18001:2007".
In the course of the audit, the auditors evaluated the performance by the enterprise of requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 at all stages of the management of production activities based on identified risks and opportunities. The analysis included internal documents and records.
Antonida Remizov said that in the first stage of the external audit no non-conformities identified, the inspection noted a high degree of systems integration. The auditors thanked the experts of the Central laboratory of automation and computer engineering of JSC "Gaisky GOK" for the qualitative provision of video conferencing.
format face-to-face audit (second stage) is scheduled for September. Reviewed will be primarily a production shop. Statement of conformity of management systems in the enterprise international standards will be made on the basis of the results of the two analysis stages.
