Ten families of employees of Svyatogor JSC (enterprises of the metallurgical complex of UMMC) received keys to new cottages of the third stage of the Molodezhny settlement. The houses are located on Berezovaya and Sosnovaya streets.
“This is a continuation of the good tradition of providing our employees with housing,” said Dmitry Tropnikov, director of Svyatogor. - I am sure that today's event is a great joy for our new settlers, they were looking forward to it. And their dreams have come true. In the future, we will continue construction, which means that Molodezhny will grow and develop. "
The construction of housing and the improvement of the adjacent territory was carried out by the contractor Stroykomplekt LLC (Yekaterinburg). In appearance, the new houses are no different from those already built in the village. It should be noted that 8 cottages were built with an area of 120 sq. meters, and 2 houses - 140 "squares". On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with access to the terrace. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The underfloor heating system and an autonomous boiler room in each cottage will help create a comfortable microclimate in the house. Boiler houses are equipped with gas boilers.
“First of all, we were attracted by the area in which the village is being built - near the forest, a well-maintained road, comfortable, convenient, - said the new settler - head of the production preparation bureau of the RMZ JSC“ Svyatogor ”Evgeny Babanin. - Over time, we plan to install a bathhouse, equip a gazebo, attractions, swings for children on the site.
Housing is provided to employees of Svyatogor on favorable terms: no down payment, with payment by installments for 15 years.
In the first half of 2020, the plant allocated 66.5 million rubles for the construction of cottages.

Construction of the cottage settlement Molodezhny began in 2015 ... This project is a clear example of public-private partnership between the government of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company and JSC Svyatogor.
The project provides for the construction of 140 cottages. The tenants are offered three options for cottages with a total area of 120 to 160 sq. meters, with an attic floor, an open terrace and a carport.
In June 2017, the first ten families of Svyatogor employees became happy new settlers in this village. A year later, in July 2018, 10 more families of the company's employees received the keys to the cottages. The same amount was celebrated this year as well.
During the implementation of the project for the construction of the cottage village Molodezhny, the costs of Svyatogor for these purposes amounted to 633 million rubles.
