The delegation of Severstal, headed by the General Director of the company Alexander Shevelev, visited the production site of the Zagorsk Pipe Plant (JSC ZTZ) in the city of Peresvet, Moscow Region.
Alexander Shevelev, together with his colleagues, got acquainted with the production of large-diameter pipes, and also discussed with the General Director of the Zagorsk Pipe Plant Denis Safin the prospects for further cooperation.
During the visit, representatives of Severstal spoke about the measures implemented to improve the quality of 5000 (Kolpino) billets supplied to the client for production large diameter pipes.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue joint work to expand the product mix at mill 5000 for the production of oil and gas pipe for key industry customers, to conduct joint certification of large diameter pipes made of K-65 strength class steel, as well as organize technical advice monthly.
