The audit of the energy management system compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001-2018 took place at Shadrinsk Automobile Aggregate Plant JSC. Three years have passed since the certificate was received in 2017, so the audit has become recertification for the enterprise. It was conducted by Dmitry Pankratov, a leading auditor of the international auditing company TÜV SÜD, and Yury Shelyakin, head of the energy management and efficiency of energy projects at UMMC. The members of the commission got acquainted with the documents, talked with managers and specialists, analyzed how the divisions manage the consumption of energy resources, plan activities to improve energy efficiency. - Over the three years since certification, the company has undergone positive changes in the field of energy management. ShAAZ JSC annually sets the goal of saving energy resources, and it is achieved, - Dmitry Pankratov noted after the audit. The auditors did not reveal any significant inconsistencies with the requirements of the standard, therefore, after the development of corrective measures, a decision will be made to issue ShAAZ JSC a new certificate of compliance with the ISO standard 50001-2018.– Our strategic goal is to constantly improve energy efficiency, - emphasized the Deputy Chief Power Engineer of ShAAZ JSC Denis Boyarkin. - In addition to the energy saving program, which is being implemented throughout the plant as a whole, each division develops its own measures, systematically reduces the specific norms of energy consumption while maintaining the same productivity. So, for 9 months of 2020, the total savings from the implementation of energy-saving measures in ShAAZ JSC amounted to 3.8 million rubles.SHAAZ confirmed the compliance of the energy management system with ISO 50001
