Increasing the level of energy efficiency is one of the main principles for the development of the Shadrinsk Automobile Unit Plant. By the Day of Energy Saving, which is celebrated on November 11, the enterprise summed up the work on saving resources. - Since the beginning of 2020, eight energy saving measures have been carried out, the economic effect of which amounted to 4.1 million rubles. This is 2.73% of the total cost of energy resources with the plan of 2.55%, - said the deputy. Denis Boyarkin, Chief Power Engineer of ShAAZ JSC. - So, the greatest savings of 1.3 million rubles were achieved from the introduction of a waste cooler at the CHP. In our technological cycle, there is some hot water that is discharged into the sewer system. The installation of a special heat exchanger made it possible to get rid of only cold water, and keep the heat for ourselves, directing it to heating fresh water. Technical measures aimed at saving resources are currently being implemented in all divisions of ShAAZ JSC. One of the leaders in this work is the production of car heat exchangers. “Our workshop is considered to be one of the most energy-intensive, therefore we pay great attention to energy saving measures,” the deputy said. production manager Maxim Payvin. - Literally in mid-November we will start modernizing gas furnaces. The fans, which are now cooled with water, will be replaced by air-cooled fans, which will reduce the consumption of industrial water and save up to 400 thousand rubles a year. In the future, there is a project for a closed cooling system, which will almost completely reduce water consumption. With a good result, we will implement such systems on pipe and welding machines. The predicted effect of this may amount to another half a million rubles a year. Also in the nearest plans of the shop is the installation of a valve on the 110th conveyor, which will automatically stop the supply of steam when a certain temperature is reached. The water in the rinsing bath on the conveyor is heated by steam and is controlled by the operator. The temperature range in this case is from 50 to 80 degrees. The automatic valve will reduce the temperature spread to 50-60 degrees and reduce the steam consumption by 15-20%. Note that since 2017, the energy management system of ShAAZ JSC has been certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001-2018.
