The GHH Group, a provider of integrated solutions for the mining and tunneling industries, announced the entry into the Russian market of the MK-45 mine dump truck with a carrying capacity of 45 tons and a body volume of 19 m³ to 24 m³.
With impressive dimensions - 10833x3060x2775 mm - the dump truck has the smallest turning radius in its class: the inner one is 4600 mm, and the outer one is 8800 mm. A 68 ° dump angle prevents material from getting stuck in the body, resulting in a dump time of 15 seconds. The optimal power-to-weight ratio allows for fast rock transport on steep slopes and ramps.
Depending on the customer's wishes, the dump truck can be equipped with a choice of water-cooled diesel engines of Tier 3, Tier 4f, Stage V classes from Volvo or Mercedes-Benz. The maximum available power is 460 kW / 1600 min, the gas tank capacity is 750 liters. The maximum speed of the MK-45 is 37.5 km / h. The maximum overcome slope is 20%.
The dump truck is ROPS / FOPS certified. The swinging articulated joint and front axle suspension system provide optimum traction and comfortable handling.
The cab is equipped with an air suspension seat, climate control and an inclinometer. For operator safety, there are no high pressure hoses inside the cab and, thanks to the use of absorbent materials, noise levels are reduced. At the same time, the robust frame and design of the new truck ensures low operating costs.
“The new tipper with increased payload is the answer to the wishes of our customers around the world. It should be an oversized, but at the same time, maneuverable machine, capable of quickly and easily transporting a large volume of rock. When developing the MK-45 design, we took into account the safety and ergonomics of the cab, as well as the overall maintainability of the dump truck and its ease of use. We are confident that Russian enterprises will be able to appreciate the machines at their true worth, since they have already proven themselves well in several mines in Russia, "said Dmitry Zhukov, Executive Director of GHH Farzoige LLC.
