Several projects implemented by UMMC enterprises have become winners of the VI Construction Triumph Competition for Achievements and Innovations in Real Estate. JSC Uralelectromed, which submitted four objects of the UMMC museum complex (the building of aviation equipment, ceremonial crew and new buildings of museums of military and automotive equipment) for the competition, received a special prize in the category “Object that changed the quality of the urban environment”. And the residential complex “Makarovskiy” from the company “UMMC-Zastroyshchik” became the best residential complex of business class in Yekaterinburg. “For our company, the victory in the prestigious competition is significant. This is a high assessment of the effective and professional work of all the involved services of the plant, - said Vadim Mironov, director for construction and reconstruction of Uralelectromed JSC.
In one of the objects of the museum complex - the building of the Parade calculation on an area of 3310 m2, an exposition which presents running samples of military equipment of the period 1930-40s: trucks, various modifications of armored vehicles, the legendary T-34-76, T-35, KV-1 tanks, the T-34-85 tanks developed during the war years, self-propelled guns SU-76, ISU-152, as well as various samples of wheeled vehicles and artillery. The architectural appearance of the building is sustained in the style of the 40s of the 20th century. For the movement of tracked vehicles, a tumbling cobbled surface is laid inside, outwardly reminiscent of Red Square in Moscow. A constant air temperature is maintained by an automated air conditioning and ventilation system, which makes it possible to exhibit equipment all year round.
Note that JSC Uralelectromed was awarded three times by the jury of the Construction Triumph competition. In 2018, the enterprise was awarded a diploma for "The best social facility" (exhibition center of the Museum of automotive technology "XX century AUTO") and won a prize in the category "Best industrial facility" in 2019 - for the construction of the second stage of the copper electrolysis workshop.
UMMC Zastroyshchik started construction of the Makarovskiy business and elite-class residential quarter in 2017. In 2018. the construction of the 1st stage of the 1st stage of the complex was completed. By the end of 2019, Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 2 of the quarter were fully completed - an elite house and a multi-section business class house; the construction of a business class house of the III stage is planned to be completed by the end of this year, and the construction of the IV stage will be completed by the end of 2022. The infrastructure of the Makarovskiy residential complex includes a Fitness club with a swimming pool GOLD`S GYM Ekateriburg, a medical center, a children's development center “The World of Discovery”, a supermarket, a beauty salon, restaurants, wineries.
