PRO FORMAT Forum participants will discuss personnel training for the metallurgical and mining industries

The forum will bring together HR leaders of the domestic metallurgical and mining industry to exchange experience and find an answer to the main question: how to provide enterprises with a new generation of personnel? The main task of the forum is to develop options for solving problematic industry tasks for the training and development of personnel and the systematic implementation of these solutions by 2030 .The Forum will host a strategic session, the main topics of which will be: • Popularization of metallurgical professions. Today is a schoolboy - tomorrow is a metallurgist; • Requirements of employers to the state education system; • Pairing corporate training systems with the National System of Qualifications. Also, a strategic game "Corporate University - 2030. Look beyond the planning horizon" will be held within the framework of the forum. Participation in a strategic game will allow exchanging ideas and building an ideal corporate university of the future. The Forum will be attended by heads of HR and HR services of the largest metallurgical and mining companies in the industry, representatives of federal and regional executive authorities.
