OJSC “BMZ” - the management company of the “BMK” holding has concluded an insurance contract that allows the employees of the enterprise to receive financial assistance in the event of illness caused by COVID-19. The document, which applies to the entire staff of BMZ and is still designed for a year, entered into force on December 3.
The amount of insurance payment, depending on the severity of the disease and its consequences, will vary from 10 to 1000 rubles. So, when a diagnosis of a “carrier of coronavirus infection” is established and the course of the disease is asymptomatic, the employee will be able to claim only the minimum payment. If you need outpatient or inpatient treatment (depending on its duration and severity), the amount of insurance support will be from 20 to 250 rubles. If the disease leads to the establishment of the 3rd, 2nd or 1st groups of disability, payments will be 300, 500 (700 for the 2nd non-working) and 1000 rubles, respectively. The maximum payment is provided for in case of death.

We are talking about both installing antiseptic dispensers in public places, providing employees with protective masks, and various organizational issues. For example, interaction with drivers of vehicles during the shipment of finished products has been minimized. Since May, the employees of the enterprise who have presented proof of pregnancy documents are also released from work with the preservation of the average wage at the main place of work. Currently, the plant is expected to receive cold fog generators, which will be used for disinfection in the premises of the ABK and workshops.
