Verkhnyaya Pyshma (Sverdlovsk Region)
The results of the regional stage of the All-Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency competition, in which Uralelectromed JSC (an enterprise of the UMMC metallurgical complex) traditionally participated, have become known. The competition was organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
Uralelectromed JSC took first place in the nominations “For the creation and development of jobs” and “For the reduction of occupational injuries and occupational diseases”, the second place - in the nominations "For the development of social partnership", "For the formation of a healthy lifestyle", "For the contribution of social investments and charity", the third place - in the nomination "For the development of human resources."
Uralelectromed "based on the study of the internal corporate policy, achievements in work with personnel, improvement of working conditions and labor protection, development of social partnership, success in the formation of a healthy lifestyle for employees of the enterprise and their families, as well as a set of other indicators for 2019.
So, in 2019, 8386 employees of the enterprise, including 4978 workers, were trained at the Training Center, 3408 managers and specialists improved their qualifications. In addition, the company conducts targeted training in higher education institutions - currently 66 people are trained.
Uralelectromed JSC provides safe working conditions, minimizes the risks of occupational diseases and industrial injuries, constantly improves production processes and increases professional level and competence in the field of labor protection and industrial safety of workers. So, in 2019, 2,083 employees were trained in occupational health and safety.
Recall that the All-Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" has been held annually since 2000. More than 300 Russian enterprises from 52 constituent entities of the Russian Federation are its participants. JSC "Uralelectromed" regularly becomes a prize-winner of this competition, both at the regional and all-Russian level.
