At the site of the Novo-Uchalinsky underground mine under construction of the Uchalinsky GOK (an enterprise of the raw materials complex of UMMC), the excavation of the Skipo-Kletovaya mine has begun, through which it is planned to issue ore, raise and lower people and materials, as well as supply air to the lower horizons.
As of today, the equipping of the shaft for sinking is almost completed, work is underway to fit the headframe to place the hoisting shaft on the surface of the mine.
- A very important stage of construction is starting - sinking the shaft. The adjustment work on the INCO hoist is nearing completion with the participation of representatives from the Czech Republic and Poland. At the moment, we have started the main sinking, and at the same time we are developing the shaft fastenings at elevations of 514-510 meters, - said Oleg Dmitriev, deputy head of the underground section of LLC Shakhtostroitelnoe upravlenie.
55 people, an underground section of capital mining was formed. These are professional tunnellers, mining foremen, electrical fitters, hoisting machine operators, signalmen, engineering specialists.
According to the mining plan, in 2019 the mine builders will pass the 330-meter mark. It is planned to complete the construction of the Skipo-Kletovaya mine shaft in 2024, its depth will be 1530 meters.
Note that the project for the construction of a copper mine is included in the List of Priority in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Novo-Uchalinskoye copper-pyrite deposit is located 2 km south-east of the exploited Uchalinskoye deposit. Its proven reserves contain copper-zinc and copper ores. The significant depth of the ore body places the Novo-Uchalinskoye deposit as an object with complex geotechnical conditions. The opening of the deposit is carried out by two inclined ramps - ventilation (from the board of the Uchalinsky open pit) and transport (from the horizon of the Uchalinsky underground mine). After reaching production capacity, the production level here will be about 4.5 million tons of ore per year. The balance reserves of the ore deposit of the Novo-Uchalinsky copper pyrite deposit are about 116 million tons. This will allow the enterprise to operate successfully for several decades.
4.5 billion rubles have been invested in the construction of the Novo-Uchalinskoye field. The total investment is estimated at 19 billion.
