Two lathes with operational programmed control have been delivered to the repair and mechanical plant of Svyatogor JSC (an enterprise of the UMMC metallurgical complex).
New production equipment JSC "Gomel Plant of Machine Tool Units" meets the necessary requirements not only for the quality of parts manufacturing, but also meets a high level of safety when performing work by personnel, and also solves the issue of increasing labor productivity of the mechanical assembly section.
- Both new items equipped with a digital system of operational control of technological equipment "Cyclomatic", which advantageously distinguishes them from their "brothers", - said the chief mechanic of the RMZ JSC "Svyatogor" Sergei Pudov. - This is a cyclic programming system that is quite easy and convenient to learn.
Operation on this equipment does not require programming knowledge, the machine is controlled intuitively and is carried out using an interactive panel. In addition, the machines are equipped with a set of functions that greatly simplify many of the technological operations performed on them.
“Two lathes are not the only acquisition in 2021,” said Stanislav Krivoruchko, director of RMZ Svyatogor JSC. - In the near future, the modernized bed milling machine will be put into operation. All in all, Svyatogor has provided 48.5 million rubles for the renewal of the equipment park of our subdivision.
