Mednogorsk (Orenburg region)
A new JCB backhoe loader has been delivered to the road section of the railway workshop of Mednogorsk MSK (an enterprise of the UMMC metallurgical complex).
New equipment was purchased for the road section of the railway workshop copper and sulfur plant as part of the program for the renewal of obsolete and outdated equipment. The cost of the special equipment was about 8 million rubles. The machine will be used in the construction of production facilities and other works to ensure the smooth technological process of the metallurgical enterprise.
The specialists of the plant consider the received JCB backhoe loader one of the most efficient in its class. Instead of a standard bucket, you can easily attach a hydraulic hammer, yamobur and other attachments to it. This option makes the excavator versatile and allows, if necessary, to repurpose it for different jobs. - It is very comfortable to work on it. The boom and stick are the same length, allowing you to dig as close to the machine as possible. This reduces the need to move the vehicle and reduces fuel consumption. In addition, a greater breakout force makes it possible to move more material in less time, - says Pavel Khristolyubov, a transport repair mechanic for the automobile section of the railway center. railway workshop of the plant. In January, a truck crane based on the KAMAZ-65115 chassis with a carrying capacity of 32 tons and a cost of about 9 million rubles was put into operation. In total, according to the plan for the acquisition of equipment and machinery for 2021, MMSK pledged 519 million rubles (116% of the level of 2020).
