Choosing the Right Motorcycle

Before choosing a motorcycle, you should first of all think about what you will use it for. Are you going on a trip of several hundred kilometers, or want to make friends with him on the way to work, or impress the company you are going to? First of all, you must adapt your new motorcycle to your riding skills and physical abilities. Choose one that also gives you a sense of security.

In most parts of the world, you can't get a motorcycle without a driver's license. Therefore, a motorcycle driver's license is the first thing you should do before buying one. You must also consider various power limits or engine displacement limits. Visit our moto shop and choose the bike you like.

Maintenance motorcycles

If you do not pay due attention to your motorcycle and neglect its regular maintenance, it can turn against you in the most unexpected situation.

Maintenance of a motorcycle also includes caring for its tires. Motorcycle tires are basically the only thing standing between you and the uneven pavement, so you should pay enough attention to them. Check them for pressure, dents, and unwanted nicks. It goes without saying that the brakes have been checked.

What to do if the weather has caught you on a motorcycle

Riding a motorcycle in bad weather is not fun and can be dangerous. Motorcycle tires react to the first drops when the dust and dirt from the asphalt begins to turn into an unpleasant sliding layer. And so, even though your leather clothing can last up to an hour without getting wet, in this case it is better to stop and wait out the rain in the parking lot.

If the tire has a deep enough tread, it will provide sufficient water drainage, minimizing the risk of aquaplaning. Do not ride on used tires.

Be careful with gas when it rains. When your rear wheel spins, don't panic and keep the throttle under control by shifting into a higher gear, for example. Motorcycles with more torque are more difficult to control in the rain at lower speeds.

If a thunderstorm catches you on the road, categorically do not continue driving. A motorcycle will not protect you from lightning strikes, so get off it and don't even get close to it.

Riding a motorcycle in a group

Riding a motorcycle in a group is completely different from riding alone . In this case, the group must adjust to the driving of the most inexperienced member. As a group, you should also have a plan for how you will stick together.

For example, you might have a group leader leading the others, and then at each stop, a second group member might be waiting for everyone else and join at the end. This way everyone else in the queue goes in turn and no one gets lost.
