Unlike other types of pumping equipment, the submersible version functions directly in the liquid medium that it pumps. Regardless of the performance, it is able to operate normally in the most difficult conditions. Swedish submersible industrial pumps are distinguished by a particularly wide range of applications for pumping clean and polluted water.
Equipment scope
Manufactured in industrial design, depending on technical characteristics, pumps can perform a wide range of tasks. The following types are considered the most demanded constructions:
- For the normal functioning of irrigation systems.
- As pumping equipment for geothermal energy sources.
- Pumping contaminated and clean water from natural lakes and artificial pools.
- Oil production from deep wells.
In a simpler design, submersible pumps are commonly used to pump out drinking water wells, to clean sewer and drainage collectors.
General classification of pumps
All pumping devices are divided into different types according to their technical characteristics and operational capabilities. There are three main types of devices.
Drainage pumps can boast of the highest performance. Often equipped with a crushing head to crush floating debris in stagnant water.
The well analog is capable of raising a column of clear water from a considerable depth. It is installed in a special well or a standard well.
Downhole, the most powerful devices capable of producing fluid from artesian depths. They have a complex design that requires a specialist to configure and operate it.
