Documentation is developed using information design technology (BIM) in the shortest possible time. Structural design is carried out using modern computer technologies. Based on the provided drawings of metal structures, a detailed 3D model is made.
Services Design
The company provides:
- pre-project consulting on the object to find optimal solutions for the design of structures with minimum metal consumption;
- project design in various editions;
- author's support of the developed project in the process of production and installation of metal structures.
Design documentation is developed taking into account the capacities and technological capabilities of the manufacturer of metal products. To reduce costs, the company offers ready-made standard and standard projects. If necessary, taking into account the additional requirements of the customer, the standard drawings are altered.
Technical documentation includes:
- textual part of the project with general data, description of the object, characteristic features of the manufactured metal structures, static calculations to determine the forces and structural ones - to determine the dimensions of the sections of metal structures. Dynamic calculations are performed for complex structures;
- general view of the projected structure;
- drawings of structural details - plans, diagrams, sections with an indication of the location of parts, individual units and components of the structure;
- information on the effect of loads on metal structures and foundations;
- data on the materials used, specification of the used metal roll (steel grade, metal sheet thickness, profile, section, etc.).
The company is a member of the SRO. Licensed specialists of the company regularly undergo planned refresher courses.
The cost of work is determined by the complexity and volume of design, customer requirements for paperwork, volume of source documentation and is set for each project individually.
The company serves all regions of Russia and the CIS countries; performs redesign and adaptation of foreign documentation taking into account Russian standards.
