Attempting to make a crusher yourself leads to difficulties in finding the necessary materials and solving many engineering problems. As a result, the resulting plant, as a rule, does not have the necessary productivity, mediocre shreds plastic and consumes a large amount of electrical energy. - well-balanced electric motor;
- Convenience of supplying raw materials and collecting crushed plastic;
- ease of maintenance and repair of the crusher.
The availability of spare parts additionally affects the positive qualities of industrial installations. As the blades or the rotor wear out, they can be replaced by simply ordering the necessary parts from the manufacturer. Standardization makes the replacement process simple and without the need for subsequent design refinement.
