China's industrial robot production has grown rapidly in the first eight months of this year, official figures show.
In January-August 2021, the production of industrial robots in China reached 239,249 units, an increase of 63.9% year on year, data from the State Statistical Office of the People's Republic of China showed.

In August of this year alone, the production of industrial robots in the country amounted to 32,828 units, which is 57.4% more than in August 2020.
