Taiwan has strengthened export control measures for the supply of high-tech goods to Belarus. This was announced by the Ministry of Economy of Taiwan.
Thus, the restrictions previously imposed on exports to the Russian Federation were extended to Belarus.
Restrictions came into force on Friday, May 6, added there.
Exporters of high-tech goods are prohibited from sending them to Belarus and Russia without special permission from the Ministry of Economy or the Taiwan International Trade Bureau.
The list of restricted items includes 57 items, including telecommunications equipment, processors, memory chips, variable frequency drives for civilian and military purposes, and equipment for the production of semiconductors.
