The Dutch pipe distribution group Royal Van Leeuwen has acquired the international company Corrotherm International. supplier of high-quality seamless nickel alloy pipes, fittings and flanges.
Corrotherm is a British company with headquarters in Southampton. Founded in 1992, the company supplies materials to industries such as oil and gas, as well as the petrochemical industry. Callanish received a reply from Van Leeuwen.
Starting in January, commercial operations and assets, including an office, warehouse, inventory and a team of specialists in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, will be consolidated into the Royal Van Leeuwen organization. The purchasing company states that Amersfoort will serve as the operating base for the global operations of Corrotherm International.
This acquisition will expand Van Leeuven's product range and expert staff and enable it to offer an even more comprehensive range of materials to customers in the energy sector, the company adds.
