Ukrzaliznytsia has invited coal suppliers to a consultation meeting. Now there is a period for submitting bids for these products for the needs of the railway industry for 2021 under framework agreements.
The main purpose of the meeting is to find reliable suppliers. In particular, during the consultation, it is planned to discuss the principles of coal procurement under framework agreements, terms of delivery of goods, pricing mechanisms: formula or fixed price, the frequency of announcement of auctions-selections under framework agreements, etc. Ukrzaliznytsia also expects questions from the participants.
