By the decision of the NSDC, a list of 37 ores and non-metallic minerals of strategic importance for the state is approved. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was instructed, within two months, to approve the list of subsoil plots that are of strategic importance and which will be provided for use on the terms of production sharing agreements, plots that will be provided for use through auctions for the sale of special permits for use, and ensure annual updating site lists.
