Dunnedin Ventures announced that it has completed the acquisition from Bluestone Resources of 100 percent of the Mojave Copper-Molybdenum-Silver Porphyry Project in Mojave County, Arizona.

Mojave is a 10 square kilometer area located in Arizona, in the mineral-rich Basin and Ridge Province, 33 kilometers west of the Freeport McMoran Baghdad Porphyry Copper Mine.

According to Dunnedin representatives, exploration trials in the Mojave indicate the possibility of a large porphyry-type copper-molybdenum-silver deposit.

In 2011, Bluestone drilled 11 core holes in the Mojave and reported anomalous salinity at significant intervals in all wells.

" The work done to date strongly suggests that there is a large porphyry-type Cu-Mo-Ag mineralization system in the Mojave, and we have set a number of promising goals that we intend to achieve in the fall " - said in a press release, Claudia Tornquist, President of Dunnedin.
