Russian LNG exports to Europe were the highest ever in November 2023 and amounted to 1.75 million tons or 2.4 billion cubic meters, according to Kpler data.
Total in November Russia exported more than 2.9 million tons or 4 billion cubic meters. In the period from January to November, exports amounted to 29.1 million tons of LNG or almost 40.2 billion cubic meters, which is 2.5% less than in 2022.
The largest volumes of gas came to Belgium in November, with a total of 10 deliveries from the Cryogas-Vysotsk plant. Cargoes from the Yamal LNG project arrived in France; a total of 6 cargoes were delivered.
At the end of November it became known that approximately 20% of LNG arriving in Europe from Russia is reloaded and sent to other parts of the world.

It is worth noting that supplies to China in November sharply decreased to 0.1 million tons of LNG (about 140 million cubic meters).
LNG exports to Japan in November increased by 22 % year-on-year and amounted to 640 thousand tons or 880 million cubic meters. Supplies to South Korea increased by 50% - to 280 thousand tons (almost 390 million cubic meters). Both countries received gas under long-term contracts under Gazprom's Sakhalin-2 project.
