Now, data from previously disparate systems of coke, rail-block and wheel-binding workshops are being collected on a single platform. The center's specialists analyze more than 600 signals around the clock — 18 monitors allow you to monitor deviations and plan prevention.
In the future, other workshops of the plant will be connected to the system. At the same time, the Evraztechnika IP team is creating its own software that will combine data from automated process control systems, MES, SAP TORO and other systems and will help predict failures. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
