This was reported on the official channel of the company. The new profile is designed for sites with a load capacity of 80 to 200 million gross tons per year.

According to the company, the use of new rails will increase the reliability of the upper structure of the track and reduce maintenance costs, primarily at the Eastern landfill.

"The product was created at the request of a strategic partner. The railway workers announced the need for such a rail back in 2021," the report says. — It took four years for the full cycle: development, patent (received in 2024) and certification (completed in 2025). The rails meet the highest requirements of Russian Railways and confirm the company's willingness to offer innovative products to the market."

In addition, the plant's specialists have developed the R71–R65 transition rail, which will ensure a smooth transition from one profile to another when trains are moving.
