In Mariupol, a festival of blacksmith art "Staleva Dzherelo". The Museum of folk life have launched a "steel" town. Blacksmiths from Berdyansk, Sumy, Mariupol and other cities demonstrated their forged works of art.
Among the most striking works – guitar style and meter steampunk metal roses. At the festival of blacksmiths continued to create his masterpieces - forged flowers and hearts. Guests could not only observe the process, but also to learn the subtleties of professional. Mariupol also participated in master classes and competitions. Anyone could forge a keepsake.
For younger visitors were organized entertainment program. On the basis of the Museum passed the quest "Between a rock and a hard place".
the idea of the festival was born thanks to the cooperation of the Association and the Kuznetsov Museum of local Lore. Last year the project was implemented with the support of the city program "Budget participation". This year the festival decided to continue. Thanks to the contest "City by our hands" of Metinvest Group, the authors of the projects won a grant in the amount of 100 thousand hryvnias. For these funds the event organizers have purchased forging equipment: pipes, anvils, vices, logs and more.
