On 24 may at a meeting in Kharkiv regional state administration (KRSA) with heads of industrial enterprises of the oblast and territorial administrations of the Central government said General Director of the enterprise Viktor Subbotin.
"Every day we have a 1 500, and 1 000 employees on schedule. The thousands of people working schedule, which allows you to provide them with financial support in the framework of the law. We are closely monitoring this," said he.
Subbotin also said that "Turboatom" does not reduce production volumes, all contracts and delivery periods are met, which in turn will enable the company to comply fully with the annual financial plan.
As noted by the head of Kharkiv state administration Alexey Kucher, "the President has repeatedly stressed that we need to increase the number of jobs. Now, in terms of quarantine, for us the main issue is to save jobs at our enterprises". According to him, at the level of the region held a consolidated work with the heads of territorial offices of the Central authorities. It will allow employees of the enterprises working on individual graphs to obtain financial compensation.

According to the Director of Kharkiv regional center of employment Vladimir Minenko, the first in the region such compensation, in addition to "Turboatom" will receive: Kharkiv biscuit factory, HCF "Kharkov", "velmas-Ukraine" (Dergachi) and "the Crew" (may day district).
"In Ukraine, we're practically the only one who works on this activity. Assistance may be paid for a maximum period of 6 months, the maximum amount that we can pay these 5 companies is 66 million. The employer will give specifically for each month, lists how many people were in a state of partial unemployment and how much we should transfer," - said Vladimir Minenko.
Chairman HOGAN thanked heads of enterprises, who are doing everything to save jobs.
"We all understand that sooner or later the quarantine and the crisis will end, and we will need to continue to develop Kharkiv industry. It is very important to keep the teams," said Alex Kucher.
