Comments on the investigation can be placed on a Federal website USA on discussion of drafts of regulatory legal acts (Federal eRulemaking Portal, investigation No. BIS-2020-0015) to June 9, 2020.
"Guaranteed internal supply of these products allows the United States to respond to major disruptions in the supply of electricity affecting the civilian population, critical infrastructure and defense capabilities of U.S. industrial production", - noted in the Ministry of Commerce of the United States.
