the task force, headed by the Minister of industry and trade Sekem Sensei also includes the Ministers of Finance and economic development, energy and energy and mines and the mining industry. The group will assess the cost of restoring an abandoned steel mill, the company also plans to attract investors and other financial instruments.
ZISCO, which once employed more than 5,000 people, ceased production in 2008 in the midst of the economic crisis for Zimbabwe.
