In may of the current year PJSC "Zaporozhtransformator" (ZTR) has achieved order to manufacture and supply equipment to the Republic of Belarus. Under the terms of the contract ZTR will manufacture a controlled shunt reactor (CSR) type the MOUTH 180000/330-U1 and equipment will be installed at substation "Ross" RUE "Grodnoenergo".
during the pre-bid preparation ZTR has made a presentation to the design Institute and Customer – RUE "Grodnoenergo", which demonstrated the experience of the ZTR in the design, manufacture, testing and exploitation of CSR for the last 5 years.
in Addition to PJSC "Zaporozhtransformator" in the tender was also attended by many other manufacturers of the transformer equipment. However, ZTR was the only one of the producers who proposed to contest the production of CSR in two alternatives: a magnetization controllable shunt reactor (OPSR) and CSR adjustable using switching devices under voltage. The customer chose the option of WPSR.
today the developed design documentation for the project and started the manufacture of the reactor. Dispatch of equipment is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2020.
the First controlled shunt reactor were manufactured by ZTR in 1997. All these years ZTR constantly improved as the construction of CSR and the process of manufacture, which is carried out on the most modern high-tech equipment.
ZTR has experience of deliveries of CSR in many countries of the world, including the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Reactors are installed at such facilities as: PS "Baranovichi" substation "Miradino", the Belarusian nuclear power plant and substation "Pastavy".
According to the new ordering ZTR hopes to reaffirm the trust and reputation of its products on the Belarusian market.
