Auditors of the international company "Bureau Veritas Certification Ukraine" conducted an audit for compliance with international standards of sintering, steel-making and rolling production processes. During the audit, the auditors highly appreciated the level of functioning of the Integrated Management System, an effective system of preventive quality management, commitment to environmentally friendly solutions implemented at the enterprise, and an informal approach of personnel to health and safety issues.
Zaporizhstal consistently demonstrates progress in customer focus and work on quality, which is especially important during a crisis. The involvement of the team in the processes of continuous improvement and the development of motivational programs for employees deserves special attention. According to the results of the audit of Zaporizhstal, it was recommended to issue new certificates in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 14001: 2015 and one year renewal of the ISO 45001: 2018 certificate.
