Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant (NKMZ, Kramatorsk, Donetsk region) announced an increase in the level of wages. The corresponding orders were signed by the general director of the enterprise.
Thus, the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant has raised tariff rates and salaries twice since the beginning of the year: from January 1, 2021 - by 10%, from April 1, 2021 - by another 10%. As a result, the average salary of an employee of the enterprise for the 1st quarter of 2021 amounted to UAH 19,430, which is 13.5% higher compared to the same period in 2020.
NKMZ continues to implement the strategy of increasing salaries, and today the average monthly salary of a machine operator exceeds the equivalent of USD 1,000 and amounts to UAH 28,253 per month.
