The GHH Group, one of the leading suppliers of integrated solutions for the mining and tunneling industries, has launched the first BKS9 shotcrete machine in Russia, manufactured by the partner plant Titan.
The all-wheel drive machine BKS9 is designed for applying shotcrete by dry shotcrete to the roof and sides of underground mine workings during excavation and construction in mines, mines and tunnels. The dimensions of the installation are 8700 mm x 2300 mm x 2635 mm, which makes it possible to effectively use the gunning installation when working to consolidate the rock mass in the workings of the middle section
Other features include a diesel engine that meets EU Stage 3A / US EPA Tier 3 emission standards. At the customer's request, the engine class can be upgraded to EU Stage 4 or US-Tier 4. All machines are supplied with a hydromechanical transmission built on components the leading manufacturer in the industry - Dana.
The shotcrete installation is equipped with a remote control panel that allows you to control all the functions of the nozzle and manipulator movement, supply of compressed air, dosing of dry mix and water, turning on / off the main units and emergency stop of the machine.
The spray head with 360 ° rotation, 135 ° tilt and 8 ° nozzle oscillation allows the application of concrete mixtures with a productivity of 7-9 m3 / h. The maximum effective distance of the BKS9 concrete mix is 8.25 meters from the supporting surface vertically, 9 meters from the bottom axis of the manipulator horizontally.
The enclosed, ergonomic, ROPS / FOPS Level II certified cab provides a high level of operator safety and comfort. As standard, the cab is equipped with a heater and an operator's monitor displaying the main operating parameters of the machine. At the request of the customer, an air conditioner and other additional equipment can be installed. In addition, the car is equipped with rear and side view cameras.
At the beginning of 2021, the first machine was successfully put into operation at a mine in the Khabarovsk Territory.
“The Titan line of equipment is not yet very familiar to Russian customers, but it definitely deserves attention. The BKS9 shotcrete machine is fully adapted to Russian mines and meets all the requirements of the enterprises. Ultimately, the car performed well in tests. Like most of the GHH Group solutions, it is distinguished by high performance, safety and convenience for the operator, ”said Dmitry Zhukov, Executive Director of GHH Group in Russia.
