It is like a solid living alloy, consisting of professionalism, tradition, endurance, determination and responsiveness. A team of many thousands that breathes life into a huge plant. Here, everyone has their own functional responsibilities: someone stands at the hot ovens, someone conducts economic calculations, and someone decides organizational issues.
