MMK-COAL won the tender enterprise automation

High scores of the organizational Committee of the contest received implemented in OOO "MMK-COAL" project for the optimization of the system of planning, accounting and control over production and financial indicators using software "1C:ERP Mining industry" and "1C:Document CORP".
the Decision to introduce such a system, taking into account the peculiarities of the mining and processing of coal in OOO "MMK-COAL" via e-platform "1C:ERP Mining industry", was taken in the company in 2016. Introduction of information systems was carried out under the supervision of OOO "MMK-informservis" as an internal consultant, with the involvement of a third-party contractor, OOO "Sinergo Softsistems" immersed in industry-specific mining and having experience in implementing ERP systems based on solutions of 1C:Enterprise.
In the course of the project, completed in 2018, was automated the following activities: accounting and taxation; records management and production management for the main processes (production, preparation, shipment and transport the shipment by rail); management accounting; Treasury and cash management; costing of products; document management; distribution of overheads on construction projects.
the Result of the implementation of "1C:ERP Mining industry 2" was the optimization of existing business processes. OOO "MMK-COAL" has received a comprehensive accounting system, which consolidated in a single information space operational production management (mining, enrichment, transportation, shipment, transport and repairs), management and regulatory accounting. The project achieved the main goal – quick "closing" of the month. In addition, has done much and successful work on the organization of interaction with the accounting systems of the parent company – PJSC "MMK" – in terms of centralized management of regulatory and reference information (nomenclature, counterparty, contract counterparty), settlement, Treasury, budgeting, tendering platform, electronic document. Seamless integration with the solution "1C:Dokumentooborot CORP" provided the possibility of rapid internal approvals for expenditure of funds, orders for domestic consumption and other internal documents.
international competition of "1C:project of the year" is held for the third time. Its goal is to identify lead users and partners who have achieved the maximum success in the digitization, the development of significant projects, implementation of solutions of "1C:Enterprise 8". This year the contest received more than 140 projects. The ceremony of awarding the winners took place on 11 October 2019 in the framework of the 6th Business forum of 1C:ERP in Moscow.
