TMK shared its experience in the development of vocational education and industrial tourism at the Big Fish HR Forum

Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) presented its own expertise in the field of industrial tourism, as well as shared successful cases of professional education development within the framework of the BIG FISH HR FORUM. The event, which takes place in Yekaterinburg as part of the national HR and Advertising Week, brought together market leaders and speakers from federal and regional companies.

Anna Trepalova, Head of TMK's Industrial Tourism Development Department, spoke at the panel discussion "Industrial tourism as a tool for developing corporate culture and increasing the attractiveness of an employer's brand." She spoke about excursions to existing production facilities, modernization of museum complexes and stressed that industrial tourism in the company is an element of strategic communications.

"Organizing an excursion to the factory is not only an opportunity to show the history of the enterprise and its operating workshops. It is a full-fledged and effective tool for creating a positive image of an enterprise, demonstrating technological achievements and caring for the environment, strengthening the HR brand, and strengthening interaction with educational institutions. Finally, this is an increase in the involvement of the company's employees themselves, as they act as tour guides and become volunteers at events," said Anna Trepalova.

Within the framework of the forum, its participants and experts visit the largest companies in the Ural region. This year, they included the Seversk Pipe Plant (STZ, part of TMK), where the guests visited the unique Severskaya Domna museum complex and the Vocational Education Center, whose staff conducted a presentation of successful cases.

Natalia Sobyanina, Head of the Sales Group of the External Customer Relations Department at TMK2U Corporate University, also addressed the guests. She spoke about the importance of developing the managerial competencies of employees and presented TMK2U's capabilities in the field of face-to-face and distance learning, organizing business meetings and events, developing IT products and personnel assessment services.

The Big Fish International HR Forum is taking place from September 15th to 19th in Yekaterinburg. The business program was based on panel discussions, master classes, and a hackathon with the participation of students from leading universities in Yekaterinburg. The organizers expect about 4 thousand participants from 40 cities and other countries.
