A record number of industrial tourists visited TMK's sites in 2025

In 2025, the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) hosted more than 55,000 industrial tourists at its sites, which is the best result in the history of the company's industrial tourism development. The increase compared to 2024 was 5,000 guests.

The tourism infrastructure currently operates in four branches of TMK. At Pervouralsky Novotrubny (PNTZ) and Seversky Trubny (STZ) plants, sightseeing routes combine visits to corporate museums and existing production facilities. At the Volzhsky Pipe (VTZ) and Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling (ChelPipe) plants, guests are introduced to high-tech pipe production through the prism of industrial design of workshop spaces.

Industrial tourism is also developing at other enterprises of the company: Orsk Machine-building (OMZ), Sinarsky Pipe (SinTZ) and Taganrog Metallurgical (TAGMET) plants, as well as at TMK Steel Technologies.

The record for attendance among the company's production sites in 2025 was traditionally set by STZ: in 2025, about 25 thousand guests were received by the Seversk Blast furnace located on the territory of the plant, a blast furnace workshop of the mid—19th century, which is an object of cultural heritage of federal significance and celebrated its 165th anniversary last year. About 10 thousand people visited the PNTZ Museum and Exhibition Center. High tourist attendance at the company's corporate museums is associated with the implementation of exhibition projects and various events, as well as the organization of industrial tourism routes, where the museum acts as the starting point of the visit. ChelPipe became the record holder for the largest number of visitors to the existing production facility — about 9 thousand people visited its workshops.

"TMK consistently develops industrial tourism and sees it as an effective tool for dialogue with a wide audience, including for promoting historical and industrial heritage. A 10% increase in the number of visitors confirms the continued interest in our programs. We continue to expand this area so that even more people can see modern Russian metallurgical production and its capabilities," said Anna Trepalova, Head of TMK's Industrial tourism department.

TMK enterprises are regularly awarded awards in the field of industrial tourism and corporate museums at the regional and federal levels, and are also participants in the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) "Open Industry" program.  The museum complex "Severskaya Domna" has the status "Property of the Middle Urals". In 2025, the projects of the MVTS PNTZ and Severskaya Blast Furnace became the winners of the National Award "Corporate Museum", and the sites themselves entered the TOP 15 of the rating compiled based on its results.
