In the shop for the production of rubber mixtures of JSC "Sibkabel" (included in the "holding Cable Alliance", uniting cable assets UMMC) has upgraded the camera to rasporki rubbers. Now the process of preparation of materials will be reduced from 80 to 20 hours. Accordingly, will increase the efficiency of production of rubber compounds.
"Rubber is the main ingredient of rubber compounds. In the cold season, when temperatures are below +5°C, the rubber becomes hard kristallizuetsya and, accordingly, difficult processing. So the first material from the factory warehouse moved into the shop a few days stored at room temperature, and then sent to rasparennouu the camera. There, under the influence of hot air, the rubber is transformed from a crystalline to an amorphous mass. After rasporki natural rubber gets for training – mastication, and synthetic – right in the work, in the mixer," – said the head of shop №4 of JSC "Sibkabel" Anatoly Simagin.
Mixed with other ingredients, rubber is converted into a rubber compound to isolate cable products. Rubber insulating compound is superimposed on the copper wire of the first layer and protects the cable from breakdown. It is therefore important that the insulating material was elastic.br>
Just shop No. 4 rasparennye has two cameras, each of which has three compartments. Before the stream of hot air is spread unevenly, affecting the efficiency of rasporki and demanded time-consuming.
"We have modernized the design raspaechnyh cameras. Now thanks to the proper distribution of air circulation and alteration zones supply the equipment working time decreased by 4 times", – said the engineer-technologist of JSC "Sibkabel" Sergey Turovsky.
I Should add that in a month both machines are steamed about 22 tons of natural and 55 tons of synthetic rubbers.
Resintalling the shop was opened on the "Sibcable" in the fall of 2015. It has the most modern equipment. In January-October 2019 in the shop there were about 4 thousand tons of rubber compounds.
