OOO "Orenburg radiator" (enterprise of machine-building complex of UMMC) has presented an automatic installation for cutting of turbulence – aluminum inserts used in the Assembly of the radiator core. The unit is a joint development of the students of "young technicians" and specialists of the enterprise. With this project, the team of novice and experienced engineers won the competition "Ingenerate UMMC" in the spring of 2019.
the New equipment is versatile: it allows you to perform operations on cutting of turbulence of various sizes to a predetermined length. Previously, cutting inserts was carried out manually, is now automated, resulting in improved performance Truda.
- We are the second year taking part in the "Ingenerate UMMC" and consider it a successful experience. In the framework of the competition participants familiar with the industry, its current challenges, and the guys, most of which first enters the shop, are fresh, interesting solutions. So, in 2018, a project was implemented, aimed at improving the safety of the machine operator resistance welding. In 2019, we have realized over scale the idea of automating the cutting of aluminum of turbulence, – said the Executive Director of the company Alexander Dementyev.
the Cost of the project amounted to 500 thousand rubles, which is several times lower than the cost of similar foreign equipment. The estimated payback period of the equipment is 1 year.
Competition "Ingenerate UMMC" conceived by service personnel of the holding company to identify and support children who have the capacity for technical creativity and invention. "Ingenerate UMMC" is held with the active participation of technical services and the enterprises of UMMC, as the main feature of the project is to involve children in the development of actual engineering problems. Proposed students decisions are evaluated by engineers and economists. Two years for implementation was approved 30 projects of the winners.
all in All, the first "Ingenerate UMMC" was attended by 313 children from 25 enterprises of the company, the second - about 400 children from 28 of the holding enterprises, and in the third, the results of which will fail next spring, on projects together with teachers and engineers work 430 students.
