For the first time, the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) hosted the V Forum of Leaders of Corporate Education in Russia. More than 70 top managers from leading corporate universities of more than 35 Russian companies shared their experiences and best practices at the site of the Volga Pipe Plant (VTZ), a branch of TMK.
The fifth anniversary forum was organized by TMK2U Corporate University as part of the celebration of TMK's 25th anniversary. The participants included educational centers of such companies as Gazprom Neft, Rosatom State Corporation, Rostec State Corporation, Russian Post, Russian Railways, RUSAL, SIBUR, PJSCTatneft, En+, X5 and others.
In 2026, the event was held under the slogan "Time to create history". Representatives of leading companies identified current trends and major business challenges, discussed the new roles of corporate universities, shared best practices that help companies achieve strategic goals and solve operational tasks, and employees to maintain motivation and engagement, and offered solutions to pressing issues.
Elena Zolototina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management and Director of TMK2U Corporate University, moderated the panel discussion "The Context of Reality", Elizaveta Bolgova, Executive Director of TMK2U, spoke about successful cases of artificial intelligence in HR, and Olga Rud, Director of Customer Program Development at TMK2U, moderated a series of facilitation sessions.
In addition to the business program of the forum, the guests were given a tour of the VTZ with visits to production sites, the laboratory complex of the TMK ECO HOUSE factory environmental service, technical and trade union libraries. The participants also visited the VTZ Safety Invention Center, a three—storey occupational safety and industrial safety management complex, which is also a modern educational platform. During the visit, modern training equipment was demonstrated, including VR simulators and digital simulators for practical skills training. The cultural program included the opening of the "Genius of the Place" photo exhibition with portraits of steelworkers at the VTZ plant management and an acquaintance with the iconic sights of Volgograd.
