The office of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) in Yekaterinburg and the Seversky Pipe Plant (STZ), part of TMK, became the venue for the iSpring Days ROADSHOW conference, organized by iSpring and the TMK2U Corporate University and dedicated to modern approaches to corporate training and staff development. At the event, TMK2U presented its experience in creating an educational environment for employees and customers.
The event brought together more than 50 people — representatives of the leading companies of the Sverdlovsk region from the industrial and banking sectors, the IT industry and other industries. The conference participants discussed key trends in the field of digitalization of HR processes and the development of corporate culture, shared examples of the introduction of distance learning systems and improving the efficiency of production staff. TMK2U, in turn, presented its own cases: Olga Rud, Director of Customer Program Development, spoke about strengthening the company's leadership positions through the development of competencies and educational programs, and Stanislav Zhuravlev, head of Automation and media content, spoke about organizing an internal training course development championship. In addition, Natalia Sobyanina, TMK2U business coach, conducted a business game for the conference participants, which allowed them to unite the participants and strengthen business ties.
The conference was held at the site of TMK's new office in Yekaterinburg. The building, which unites employees of various departments of the company, has created a space that motivates the development and discussion of new ideas, and the infrastructure allows for events of various scales.
"Modern realities require unprecedented flexibility and speed of adaptation from companies. The training system must keep up with the changes and ensure that employees master new competencies. The conference, which TMK hosted on its site, once again confirmed that investments in modern educational formats today directly affect the development of innovative potential and business sustainability," said Elena Pozolotina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management.
On the first day of the conference, the iSpring Days participants visited the STZ, where they visited the unique Severskaya Domna museum complex and the Vocational Education Center, whose staff conducted a presentation of successful cases.
