"Improving management efficiency is one of the key objectives of TMK2U Corporate University. TMK's HR policy involves mandatory training in basic management skills for managers at all levels, and the company has been doing this for several years. Our goal is to ensure that 100% of our managers, who currently number more than 4,000 people, have basic training in theoretical knowledge and practical skills on how to effectively manage staff in their teams and interact with related services. Therefore, this work is fundamental and systematic for us, and for 14 years it has shown excellent results and applied economic benefits," said Elena Pozolotina, TMK's Deputy General Director for Personnel Management.

"HR Force Awards" is an ecosystem of annual HR awards. The awards are given to industry leaders whose contributions change generally accepted standards in HR, creating world-class conditions for employees.
