In the criminal code "KRU" (enterprise resource complex UMMC) has developed an IT programme to assess the competence of staff for compliance with corporate characteristics qualifications (XK), in other words – to determine the level of professionalism of each employee. A computer program will speed up the assessment procedure and thus involve a greater number of employees, as well as to translate the required paperwork into electronic form.
a Project to introduce HC and personnel assessment on their compliance with the requirements is implemented in the criminal code "KRU" in 2017 on the initiative to the UMMC. Its purpose is to improve the skills of employees and enhance productivity. With the beginning of the project platform was used similar programs UMMC during this time, it was estimated 1500 representatives of the mining professions.
"a Program created by the IT-specialists of our company, takes into account the specifics of the coal industry, it is an electronic platform, the database which stores all existing in the criminal code "KRU" characteristics of qualifications, says the curator of the project, the head of the Department of labor JSC "UK "Kuzbassrazrezugol" Diana Shcherbakova. – This allows assessing more quickly, in several branches of the company at the same time. This year we plan to cover 2500 miners".
After evaluation, the program automatically generates individual development plans to improve the skills of miners and also analyzes the results by departments and enterprises.
the First under the new program, the competency evaluation for compliance with corporate HC will be employees concentrator "Kedrovskaya" (branch "kedrovskiy coal mine"), on March 1, the procedure will begin at the krasnobrodsky and kaltanskogo coal mines.
