Employee BMK listed on the honor roll of mentors of Russia

Employee Beloretsk metallurgical plant (JSC "BMK", included in the Group "Mechel") included in the photo gallery of the best mentors in the country. Online project "the honor roll of mentors of Russia" organized by NP "Central Institute of labour" (OP) with the aim of reviving the mentoring in the workplace.On the website the OP posted photos of the best mentors and organizations, enterprises and companies in various industries of the country. Beloretsk metallurgical plant was presented by Andrei Berzin – foreman-instructor of the first steel wire and rope plant. His work experience at BMP for some 40 years. Drawing on the site under his leadership, made of string, rope, spring wire. Over the years, Andrey has prepared more than a dozen young professionals.
"Participation in this project is a wonderful opportunity to tell about the best teachers, increase the prestige of working professions. On BMK mentoring is not a forgotten past and an important present. Experienced masters help the beginners learn the specialty, giving them the experience and knowledge. All of this allows young people to enter faster in the rhythm of work", – noted the Director of Department on work with personnel of JSC "BMK" Oleg Tertychnyi.
NP "Central Labour Institute" is a professional Association of teachers, established in 2016 with the aim of development of the institution of coaching in Russia. The headquarters of the organization located in Yekaterinburg. CIT is the initiator of the formation of the "Union mentors to improve productivity".
