If earlier for this purpose every month went up to 150 cubic meters of water, the high-tech system involves circulation of water inside the extruder, thus saving resources. In addition, it provides a stable temperature processing of silicone materials of different type (from 18 to 40 degrees), which increases the efficiency of the equipment by 50%," explained technologist Eugene Mikheenko.
Silicone rubber has a number of advantages. If exposed to flames, it turns into a protective ceramic layer, whereby the conductive core of the cable is not in contact and no risk of short circuit. Due to this, the equipment operability can be maintained for at least 90 minutes at temperatures up to 750 degrees. In addition, the cable is able to withstand high current loads of up to 1200 And at temperatures up to 150 degrees. Silicone materials also have greater resistance to solar radiation, ozone, mineral oils, salt solutions.
